I had a wonderful stay at the Reef 28 Hotel & Spa for Christmas. the room was comfortable and spacious, with excellent daily housekeeping. the rooftop bar was a highlight, serving delicious cocktails and burgers, with fast service from Freddy. the central location, just a 2-minute walk from the beach, was convenient. the staff, especially at the restaurant, concierge, and rooftop bar, were genuinely friendly and attentive. the shuttle service to other Reef Resorts like Coco Beach and Playacar was a great perk, allowing access to private beaches and amenities. Despite some noise from internal refurbishments, the hotel's overall ambiance was lively and enjoyable.
